Isolation, identification and Analysis of Drug Resistance of Salmonella Pul-lorum

With further study tinctorial, cultural-morphological biological properties pathogen. susceptibility Salmonella pullorum to broad-spectrum antibacterial drugs such as cephalosporins carbopenems was studied determine drug choice for improving treatment prevention avian bacterial diseases. In order diagnose (S. Pullorum) diarrhea accurately analyze its resistance. this study, a chicken suspected isolation, PCR amplification sensitivity analysis in farm Xinxiang, north China. results showed that bacteria strain diagnosed base identification, Gram staining biochemical bacteria. Antibacterial test confirmed sensitive ceftiofur, ceftriaxone, meropenem kanamycin, effect antibiotics obvious clinical treatment. Altogether, present experiment revealed detailed measure control achieved good results, which laid fundamental information farmers veterinary workers eradication Pullorum.
